and Tax Policy
Shipping and handling charges are added to all product orders.
Shipping & Handling Rates
Shipping rates are based on the shipping methods you request and are calculated
when you place your order. Our shipping rates are obtained directly from our shipping
vendors and we make all efforts to ensure it to be as accurate as possible.
Shipping Times
Typically, orders placed by 5PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, except Holidays,

Sales Tax
Orders shipped to the following states are charged sales tax on merchandise, shipping,
and handling:

30-Day Money Back Guarantee
30-day money back if you are not completely satisfied with your OnTVCo.com products,
please return them for a full refund (excludes a 15% Open Box and shipping Fee).
Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise
is in "like-new" condition - the complete product in the original carton
with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. A 15%
Open Box Fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges unless the product is
defective and is exchanged for the identical product.
OnTVCo.com reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product
is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" means the complete
product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals,
and accessories. Returns / exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Number, which is valid for 10 days. To obtain an RMA Number, call Customer
Service at 1-866-529-6720, M-F 10am - 7pm Pacific Time, Sat 10am - 6pm Pacific Time,
Sunday Closed. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or
return of merchandise are non-refundable.
Refunds will take up to 14 business days to process from the date that OnTVCo.com
receives the merchandise, and will be credited to the credit card or debit card
account used for the original purchase.
Please note that we are not responsible for expenses, fees or other costs incurred
by our Customers as a result of defective or incompatible products.
If returning the products by U.S. Postal Service, please use either registered mail,
certified, or return receipt mail. OnTVCo.com is not responsible for lost
mail that is not received or products damaged during return shipment. Shipping
fees for the initial order and the product return will not be reimbursed.
